If you are not based near the two casinos in the Appalachian mountains then you face a long road trip. In fact, it may be easier to place a bet in one of Tennessee’s sportsbooks or later in the year, one of Virginia’s new sportsbooks.
We do not expect things to change soon. Eventually the state will have to allow some form of online sports betting, especially once their neighbours are reaping the rewards from the additional taxation.

When the US senate removed the Act that banned sports betting, North Carolina were one of the first states to react., introducing the NC SB 154.
